Only Madhuri Dixit can bring the 3 Khans together…..

The three Khans, Salman, Shahrukh and Aamir could have dinned together, if Madhuri Dixit had her way!

“I would love to invite Shah Rukh, Aamir and Salman to come and have food over at my place. I know Shah Rukh would always praise my cooking, Aamir would give me advice on how the food could be a little better which would help me improve, and Salman would just say ‘where’s the food, give it to me quickly’,” Madhuri told the press in New Delhi while launching celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor’s new 24-hour food channel “Food Food”.

If the Khans could make it to the actress’s place, they would be hogging on a sumptuous meal whipped up by Madhuri’s husband, Dr Sreeram Nene!

“He loves to cook. It’s a natural art. Like I have the affinity for dance, he has natural affinity for cooking. He is also a fast learner. He’s the one who aroused my interest in cooking and thanks to him I have become a good cook,” says Madhuri.

Madhuri Dixit entering Broadway show!

It’s been a while since Bollywood’s ‘dhak dhak’ girl Madhuri Dixit was last seen on the big screens but she is still alive in the minds of the people. The good news is that Bollywood choreographer Saroj Khan is planning to produce a Broadway show based on historical dancer Amrapali, with Madhuri in the lead role.

Saroj said that they are planning to start a Broadway show based on Amrapali, as she is very famous abroad. He added that Madhuri will play the main character if all goes as planned. The talks are still on. Feroze Khan will direct it and Javed Akhtar will provide the lyrics.

It may be recalled that Saroj was behind Madhuri’s hit dance numbers like “Ek Do Teen” from Tezaab, “Chane Ke Khet” from Anjaam and “Dola Re” from Devdas. He has also worked with Sridevi and Karisma Kapoor.

Rani Mukerji replaces Madhuri Dixit?

It was good to hear that Madhuri Dixit was making a comeback on television. The Dhak Dhak girl was all set to judge a dance based reality show titled Dance Premier League. However, now it looks like the lady will not be able to make it after all. Rani Mukerji, it seems has replaced Mads as the judge in the show. After yet another failed attempt in the form of Dil Bole Hadippa, Rani is all set to give her career a new direction.

A source from the media confirmed the news and said, “Yes, its true. Rani has replaced Madhuri. This will be Rani’s first television appearance and she has already given them her nod. Rani has not signed any film after Dil Bole Hadippa. She is ready to try something new in her career. Madhuri too, had accepted the offer. She is a good dancer and loved the concept of the show. But then one of her many conditions was not fulfilled. So she refused.”

The source further revealed, “Madhuri had asked the makers of the show to find her a nanny to take care of her children while she is on the sets. But they could not fulfill her wish and she walked out of the show. Yash Raj Films had hired a nanny during the making of her last movie Aaja Nachle. The nanny was with her children on the sets for 24 hours.”
