Referring to Rakesh Roshan's ‘Kites’ as the ‘most romantic and sensual films in a very long time’, Bollywood actress Minissha Lamba said that India will take a good couple of years to break the shackles of sex.

Minissha Lamba said, “I was a fifteen year old when the first time I landed up in a conversation with my mother about sex”.

“I would love a photographer to click very candid pictures of catching people in their private moments. It can't get more romantic and erotic beyond that,” she said.

“I have no problems when it comes to talking about sex because I am very 'open' on the subject,” Minissha Lamba added.

Salman's wedding Bells have not rung: Salim Khan

Salman Khan's father, the acclaimed writer Salim Khan, has bought the distribution rights of a small budget film titled Kissan which is being co-produced by his other son Sohail and is extremely gung-ho about the project

However, when probed whether Salman and Katrina Kaif, who have been quite an item for a long time now, were knocking on the doors of marriage, Salim said he does not know whether his son's eyes have seen Kat as his ideal wife.

"Why should Salman's family accept Katrina as the daughter-in-law; it is Salman who should accept her first as his wife. Our family will not marry Katrina. It is he who has to take a decision," says Salim.

When probed if Salman has communicated to him and the family that he wants to do a nikaah with the sexy actress, he roared, "I don't know, you should ask him (Salman). Many girls have come into Salman's life. I don't want to name them as they are married in good families now, but my relationship with all of them has been only 'Hi uncle, Hello uncle' and maybe to the extent of 'Did you have food?'. I didn't go any further with any of them and that includes Katrina too."

Salim adds, "Salman's wedding bells have not rung yet. When he is ready and he tells us, we will welcome the news. But he has to prepare himself mentally first as it is he who has to spend the rest of his life with that special woman."

Returning to Kissan, Salim says the topic of farmers' suicide touched him to take up the project. "I have taken up distribution for the movie simply because it is a good film. It's a small film with a touching story. It needs pumping up as there are no stars. Sohail and Arbaaz have made names for themselves but they are not stars."

Not that Bollywood damsel Katrina Kaif had ever been so kind to those interacting with her, but she wasn’t someone with airs either. But now with several hits in her kitty, the actress is changing colours.

According to reports, Kat has apparently started using her star power. The actress, who was recently signed up by a luxury designer brand and paid a throbbing amount too, has set special demands and conditions for the shoot of the ad campaign. A source says that she has to be flown to Paris for the shoot but Kat isn’t happy with just that. She has said that she would shoot only in a certain hotel where she wants to stay as well. Kat also wants to work with her own stylist, make-up artist and insists that they should be flown to Paris with her. The company officials could not gulp the conditions down their throats and when they protested, Kat threw a tantrum till they relented.

They say you need to act like a star to feel like one. And Katrina must be feeling every bit of a star.

Katrina is surely giving a tough time to the brand managers, but don’t we get a hint of Salman in her actions here? Well, certainly! Guess it’s time that she starts thinking with her own gifted brain as she can’t afford to follow Salman even subconsciously.

Bollywood beauty Lara Dutta is set to do what American actress-singer Jessica Simpson does - endorse the Indian adaptation of popular food chain Pizza Hut's campaign for its new dish called Cheesy Bites. Lara will don a red dress teamed with red boots just as Simpson did in a series of hugely successful Cheesy Bites commercials in the US. "The Cheesy Bites ad is totally fun just like the pizza where you can twist, pull and pop, cheese filled bites into your mouth. I am aware of the success that the campaign got in the US and I hope it is even more successful here in India," said Lara. Cheesy Bites is a unique pizza with 22 cheese-filled bites that form the pull-apart crust. In the US, these were made popular by Simpson, who played a sassy waitress in the TV commercial. The Indian advertisement will have Lara in the same avatar.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, and if the beholder is highly demanding, what he/she seeks for is perfection.

For some, a perfect body means having muscle mass and fat in proportion to one’s height. For others, it may mean more than just muscle mass and body fat. For me, it’s also about having amazing features. And one cannot enhance one’s features in a gymnasium!

I’m talking about procedures such as rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, lip augmentation, chin augmentation, teeth correction, etc., etc. which cannot be achieved without the intervention of a team of medical experts.

Today cosmetic surgeons offer medical expertise, which is 100 per cent risk free. The specialists who are incredibly good at what they do leave minimal or no scars at all.

Also they give the best drugs to help the human body embrace alien bodies such as implants. The bottom line is that I’m not putting my life at risk in my quest for perfection. However, I ’m not endorsing cosmetic surgeries. At the same time I don’t condemn them either.

All through my teenage life, I’ve had a flat chest. Sometimes, I wondered if God had forgotten to give me breasts. It was only recently, a couple of years ago, that I had decided to get surgically enhanced breasts. I can’t thank myself enough for having made that decision. Now, what is wrong with that decision? Should I feel condemned because I tampered with Nature?

Should I feel guilty for having gone under the knife to have assets that have not only enhanced my sex appeal but also helped me embrace my body and say “I love you”?

The society we live in has always taught us to believe that a woman of substance is one who has great virtues and moral values. One who leads her life with integrity . Does this definition change for a woman who has envious tangible assets or one who desires to have them?

I believe tangible and intangible assets can co-exist. They are not mutually exclusive. Which means it would not be incorrect to say that going under the knife does no harm to one’s inner most being.

It only changes the superficial body. And if the changes are phenomenal, there might be slight arrogance that comes with it which is perfectly fine.

Actually better.

Arrogance in moderation does wonders to one’s personality. That is another subject which I would like to talk about another time. And one more thing. As human beings, we tend to keep our bad/dirty secrets locked up in a closet. And we share the ‘good’ things about our lives with the world. I need to know since when has getting one’s breasts enhanced become a ‘bad’ thing? And if it isn’t so, then why do people raise eyebrows every time I admit to having my breasts enhanced upon being asked.

Natural breasts look quite different from the surgically enhanced breasts. The latter look firmer and rounder. That makes my chances of lying about / denying breast enhancement nil.

However, if I do make an attempt to lie or simply say “No comments”, I’d be making a mockery of myself.

My pseudo-intellectual friends say that a woman of substance does not talk about her physical / tangible assets, breasts in particular.

Well, may be she does. May be she does not. As for me, I shall speak to them - and of them - as long as they don’t give in to the Law of Gravity.

It looks like Bollywood ’s love affair with cricket is not limited to the ongoing Indian Premier League. Rather, the players seem to be besotted to tinseltown’s heroines -- or is it the other way around? Recently, there were reports of Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni dating south Indian actress Lakshmi Rai.

According to the grapevine, the model-turned Tamil actress met Dhoni when he was leading the Chennai Super Kings in last year’s IPL matches, and the two have become an item.

Yuvi makes the list again -- this time, with Deepika, who is now dating Ranbir Kapoor.

But Shoaib has denied the romance, called the relationship a friendship.

Then, there is the matter of a film that the two are supposed to be doing together by Wilson Louis. The film is a love story between a cricketer and a model. The two are said to be playing themselves in the movie.
